CsgA (curlin, major subunit)

As an E. coli curli protein, CsgA not only accelerates amyloid self-assembly but also serves as a platform for displaying recombinant proteins (in our project, the recombinant proteins are the adhesive protein system of cp19k) on the surface of E. coli to create a hierarchically organised network of amyloid nanofibers.
